About this property

Welcome to Bosworth Hall Hotel & Spa

Set within a 17th-century mansion surrounded by 11 acres of parkland, Bosworth Hall Hotel & Spa offers a country estate experience with traditional-style rooms. The property features amenities including a health spa, indoor pool, sauna, gym, and tennis and croquet facilities. The on-site restaurant serves buffet-style meals with a mix of options, though some guests have noted that the dining experience may not meet expectations for a luxury spa break.

Located just a 19-minute walk from Market Bosworth and under 10 miles from the M1, the hotel provides convenient access to local attractions such as the Bosworth Battlefield Heritage Centre and Twycross Zoo. The setting appeals to visitors interested in historical and outdoor activities, as well as those attending events or weddings, given the property’s conference and event venue offerings.

The hotel’s atmosphere is often described as peaceful and picturesque, with ample communal spaces for relaxation. Guest reviews highlight friendly and helpful staff alongside comfortable facilities, although some note that bedrooms could benefit from updating and that the dining areas can become crowded during busy times. The spa facilities are functional but modest, suitable for guests seeking a relaxing stay rather than an extensive luxury spa experience.

With a 3.6 rating based on over 2,500 reviews, Bosworth Hall Hotel & Spa attracts a range of travelers including couples, families, and groups attending events or exploring the local countryside. It is recognized for good value, especially when booked through package deals, but may be less suitable for solo travelers or those prioritizing luxury spa services.

The Talbot suite was gorgeous. However, we were hoping for a luxury spa break which was sadly let down by the buffet dinner and breakfast. We had expected with the best dinner bed and breakfast rate that table service and higher quality food would be provided. Please make this clear to those booking.

We stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel on Caledonian break. Reading some previous reviews I can perhaps see why it is maybe not for solo travellers. It is true that It was very busy and there were queues for breakfast and dinner but the restaurant staff are very helpful and friendly and always found you a table very quickly. It is well worth the wait as the food is amazing. The breakfast was as good as we have had anywhere and a lot better than many we have stayed at with loads of choice. Dinner was effectively a choice between a roast, a veggie option and one other like a curry for example but as it was buffet style you could help yourself to as much as you want from each option. The food was always hot and tasty. The hotel itself is fabulous with many comfortable places to sit and enjoy a drink and chat with friends old and new. As we were with Caledonian we had an excursion each day so we didn't have time to walk around the grounds to appreciate how vast and well laid out they were. The local village is a 5 minute walk through the car park by the church and there is a lovely friendly and welcoming pub which we went to before dinner each night. Finally I would say that the staff are a credit to the hotel. Very friendly and helpful at all times. I would recommend this hotel and going with Caledonian you get a fantastic deal as well.

Such a lovely setting. We booked an afternoon tea for a small engagement party and were offered a private room which they pre-dressed accordingly. The afternoon tea was delicious with fresh ingredients and warm scones. The staff were very helpful and attentive - we had a lovely day. Thank you

Absolutely idealic setting lovely little village 4 mins walk. Bedrooms need a little up dating. Dinning room not big enough for amount of people. Food plentiful and reasonable. Swimming pool lovely absolutely peaceful. Entertainment good. Great for a short stay.

The hotel was very beautiful, especially its oldest part, which truly impressed us. The interior of the historic section completely charmed us – we felt as if we were in a museum. The atmosphere and original details made our stay very special. There were plenty of seating areas throughout the hotel, which made it easy to relax in different spaces. The room was small but very clean and well equipped. We had a microwave, a fridge, and a large TV. Both the room and the entire hotel were warm and comfortable. Dinner was very good, while the breakfast was unfortunately rather bland. The swimming pool was fine and a nice addition to our stay. We will definitely come back – this place has a unique charm that stays with you.

Stunning and peaceful location, excellent value for money, friendly staff and great facilities. The room had everything you could need, plenty of toiletries, his and hers sinks, complimentary coffee machine and even a fridge. The building and grounds are beautiful, well presented and looked after, would be lovely in Summer. We had an excellent offer including room, dinner, brekky, parking, spa facilities and a bottle of prosecco, cant beat the price. The food was tasty and plenty of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful and drink prices were the usual. Would definitely stay again, my only negative was the spa as was a bit basic and needed a bit of TLC but nice enough for our stay but I wouldnt come here for a 'spa day'.

We went for a tribute weekend. On arrival our room was very smelly, we spoke to the manager, who found us another room. The rooms are a good size with TV and coffee machine, our room also had a microwave and fridge. Very clean with a beautiful shower. The tribute acts were great. The lounge bar is lovely, with a very friendly lady Paige. The restaurant needs to re think for vegetarians, if you don't order as soon as you go in, your food won't be ready to eat with your party. But the buffet is lovely, everything you need. Most staff friendly and helpful, especially, Lucy, Lee, Jack and Paige. The hotel was very full, so at breakfast an extra room was opened up, making the experience more relaxing. The bar in the tribute room, needs to take a look into there staff and drinks served. The drinks are 2 for 1 from 7pm till 10pm On selected alcohol. There was a craft fayre on the Saturday, one of the best I've been too. Plus a singer and mince pies were brought around. A very good weekend. Just a few issues.

Stayed with my mum for a tribute night. Due to a few concerns with a future booking the hotel went above and beyond to make mum's and my stay a lovely experience. We we upgraded and can't than Ruth North for arranging this for us. The service from reception, dining, bar to entertainment was very good. Looking forward to my christmas party night booking with friends in a few weeks. Thanks again to Ruth North making this stay memorable. Katrina
